Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning, but struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I provide a supportive, grounded space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and begin responding to life with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
