I am a non-judgmental, open, and direct therapist. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders, I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR. I support individuals, couples, families and adolescents. I have extensive experience in helping LGBTQ+ clients, those in polyamorous/open relationships, and experience with kink and leather community. I'm also retired military and have experience helping those who served.
