Hi! I am Dr. Crystal Broussard. I love working with individuals and couples who are older professionals navigating job challenges, relationships shifts, and trying to redefine themselves as they progress through life. We all experience many transitions over the course of life, that in the moment, we don't understand their impacts on our mental health and relationships. Often, we wake up one day and not recognize the person in the mirror. Or, we lose our authentic voice as we grow professionally and find ourselves unhappy and anxious despite all our professional and personal achievements. I have 23 years' clinical experience and I really love working with professionals in their mid- to late careers. I specialize in this life stage and its impact on mental health and marital relationships. After years of putting careers first, many need to reimagine how to put themselves and their families first as a re-discovery of who they want to become.
