Considering therapy is both an act of courage and humility. Finding a "good fit" therapist can be confusing and I offer a free 15 minute consultation so you can get a sense of who I am. Regardless of the challenges you are facing, I provide a therapeutic experience that is warm, collaborative and validating. I have been a social worker for 35 years and while I provide therapy for ALL ages, I specialize in working with high school and college students who are navigating the overwhelming academic and social challenges of school life. I see my clients from a perspective of strength and provide solution focused therapy.
