I believe that emotional healing can be brought about within the framework of relationships, so in my therapy sessions I work to create a safe environment where clients can work through issues in their lives that may be hindering them from reaching their true potential. I believe it's possible in therapy to gain insight into our deepest desires to learn and grow, and to develop successful communication skills. These skills in turn help us develop and maintain successful interpersonal relationships with others.
