Hi I'm Vicki Ilundian, LCSW-C. I'm a clinical social worker with client-centric approach to therapy that allows you to use awareness of your mind and body to identify the best methods to address challenging stressors in your life. I have been trained in multiple models of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Oriented /Short Term Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
