With a banquet of psychological theories to choose from, I utilize those that fit your specific personality and your specific need. I don't believe that one size fits all. Uncomfortable challenges in life are to be expected, but suffering is not. With support, new perspectives and effective strategies for cognitive and emotional management, they can become mere speedbumps.
