I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point and we can always use support and encouragement to help us grow as human beings. Sometimes we need clarity in a situation and need a different perspective. Maybe we need someone to gently push us and hold us accountable. Maybe we just need someone to listen because we're not feeling heard by those around us. I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are and will help them determine what their goals are and how to get there.
