I’m Vicki Mizel, M.A., former school counselor and acting teacher, now an MFT candidate in Colorado and author of “Love Remembers” and “A Sister’s Love.” After earning my master’s in clinical psychology at Antioch University and completing eight years of Marriage & Family Therapy training, I specialize in guiding adults through anxiety, grief, relationship strains, and major life transitions.
