I am a licensed therapist and clinically certified hypnotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My approach to treatment and healing integrates the mind, body, and spirit, while providing a safe, empathetic and nurturing environment. I specialize in treating emotional and behavioral disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, codependency and relationship issues. I assist clients in understanding/releasing self-defeating patterns and the self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us from living our best lives.
