I know that the mind and the body are connected and people get well when we look at the whole person, not just their thoughts and feelings. I use mind/body/spirit work to help people find their balance in life. I enjoy using talk therapy, CBT, Brainspotting, Tapping and other therapies that integrate over-all physical health with mental health.
