I am passionate in my work to create a safe place to aid a person/s to pull from their inner strength, and like the story of Buffalo "to face the storms of life". I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Master Practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) & EMDR. I'm grateful for 30 years in private practice working across the lifespan & 43 yrs in medical, mental health, correctional & military settings. I utilize Evidence-Based approaches & "3-5 Day Intensive Therapy Retreats" that provide rapid recovery for individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship issues & life-transitions.
