My area of interest and expertise lies in the sphere of relationships; in particular, the relationship one has with one's Self. I believe that this relationship, formed early in life, impacts one's ability to be fully present and engaged in relationships with spouses, partners, children, friends and colleagues. In a non-judgmental and compassionate environment, I strive to provide an atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs, conscious or unconscious, that may be keeping you stuck in repetitive patterns.
