Life can feel heavy when anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship stress start to take over your thoughts, emotions, or connections with others. You may feel on edge, shut down, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I provide telehealth therapy to children (ages 6–12), teens, adults, and couples throughout New York. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship or family challenges. My approach is warm, strength-based, and solution-focused, helping you feel supported while also making meaningful progress.
