My approach is rooted in both professional training and personal experience. My journey began in the rural countryside of the Dominican Republic before immigrating to New Jersey at age 12. This transition—from the quiet of the campo to growing up in Plainfield—gave me a deep personal understanding of adaptation, resilience, and the complexities of finding one’s footing in a new environment. I believe in practicing the balance I preach. My rural roots instilled in me a love for the natural world—so when I am not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with family, friends, animals, tending to my plants or staying active
