I came to this profession late in life, but I am grateful for the opportunity to use my education and training, as well as my life experience to support others. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, and relational concerns. I'm particularly interested in supporting clients through significant transitions such as retirement, divorce, relocation, recovery, or shifts in purpose and direction. I will try to help you slow things down, make sense of emotional patterns, and develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
