I work with individuals to help them develop a greater sense of self and increase their self-efficacy. This means I help you recognize the strengths you already have, enhance them, and develop new skills to navigate through life more effectively. My role is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we will identify patterns in your thinking and/or behavior that may be contributing to and maintaining the challenges you are facing, whether it be anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues, or loneliness and isolation.
