I understand that choosing a counselor is scary. Navigating life is hard. Suffering through depression and anxiety is hard. You don't have to do it alone. I love being a therapist and enjoy sitting down everyday helping people improve their relationships and allieviate the pain associated with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am always amazed and suprised by how resilient humans are. I feel grateful for the opportunity to provide counseling services.
