Hi, I’m Victoria B. Freeman, Founder and Lead Therapist of Cosmic Couch Counseling, LLC. I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, I work with people who are tired of holding everything together. The people I see are living with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, low self-worth, burnout, or a quiet sense that they’ve lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. If you've been the strong one, the responsible one, the one who keeps going no matter what, you don’t have to do that here. With me, you don’t have to pretend you're ok. There is no judgment here, only honesty, patience, and breathing room.
