Hi there, my name is Victoria. I want to first thank you for taking the time for yourself to seek therapy. Beginning therapy can feel like a tough decision. I want to assure you that no concern is too big or too small. I am a trauma-informed therapist with experience working with PTSD, attachment trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, relationship concerns, and life-coaching. I particularly enjoy working with teens, women and young adults moving through transitional life phases. My role as a therapist is that of a guide in your healing, growth and meaning making.
