You’re someone who has heard “you’re just being dramatic”, “you’re overly sensitive”, “you’re overreacting” more times than you can count. You’ve found it difficult to move through the world which feels cold, hostile, and uncaring. Your relationships feel like a rollercoaster with missed communication, conflict, and deep connection seeming to exist all at once or not at all. You’re looking for skills and support on how to thrive as a deeply feeling person when the world feels like a total dumpster fire. You want to stop self-sabotaging, or self-harming, or isolating when overwhelmed. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, client-centered space: focusing on balancing radical acceptance and making change. My specialty is supporting HSP (Highly Sensitive People), Empaths, those who experience traits of "BPD" or Borderline Personality Disorder, and young people living in a society that feels like it wasn't made for their tenderheart.
