Families have a uniquely complex dynamic. As a parent, connecting with kids can be a struggle and attempting to guide them can feel impossible. As a teen and young adult, sometimes you can't wait to be out on your own; for others the thought of the adult world is terrifying. No matter which of these situation you fall under, my job is to help you feel comfortable talking about the tough "stuff."
