In a safe and collaborative environment, I will walk with you in exploring the areas of your life to discover healing in yourself, your relationships, and circumstances. Together we will work towards your goals and uncover the happiness, reflection, and coping to achieve them. I work with youth, adults, couples, and families experiencing challenges in their lives, including struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
