I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life who are motivated and have a desire to see change in their lives. We all have unique experiences that have led us to where we are and picked up some not so helpful habits as well as wonderful characteristics along the way. My goal is to help empower my clients to be able to identify and move in the direction that you want from building your confidence to processing difficult emotions and experience or even just gaining clarity around understanding what makes you tick and why you do what you do.
