I specialize in helping my clients see the power within themselves; you are the driver, and I am the passenger. Utilizing a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, I work with anyone ages 18 to 100 on issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, and many others. As an LGBTQIA+ identifying clinician, I also hope to be a source of empowerment and courage for others.
