Hi there, I'm glad you're here. My name is Victoria Elena Pérez and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) based in San Diego, California. I am a Bilingual therapist (English y Español)! Growing up isn't always easy. Kids, teens and young adults today face a lot of anxiety, trauma, family changes, school stress, and relationship challenges. I specialize in helping young people navigate these struggles by creating a safe, supportive space where they can express themselves, build confidence, and learn healthy ways to cope. My goal is to help youth understand their emotions, improve communication, and strengthen relationships at home and beyond.
