IN-PERSON appointments in Farmington. My goal is to create a warm, safe and confidential space allowing you to discuss mental health and life problems. My ideal client is someone who is wanting to focus on improving their mental health and/or relationships. I am a caring professional who offers non-judgmental counseling support. Working with me will allow you to openly self-reflect and find positive ways forward to cope with your concerns. I help clients with mental health problems as well as clients dealing with difficult personal, home, work, relationship and caretaking concerns.
