I strive to hold a safe space to facilitate human connection, for clients to feel both seen and heard through my commitment to empathic and active listening. I have experience working with a variety of presenting concerns (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar, etc). I also appreciate working with perinatal clients with mood/anxiety disorders. I strongly stand behind the fact that support during this transitional time is hugely significant & I'm grateful for whenever I have the opportunity to assist families with this challenging but beautiful life shift.
