A strong, client-led, therapeutic relationship can help empower us to enhance our strengths, improve coping skills, and establish healthy boundaries. My focus is to support clients through a strength-based lens. I use the therapeutic alliance to collaborate with you to identify your needs and goals while treating you as a unique person.
