Hi! I’m Victoria! I believe therapy works best when clients feel met where they are and supported at a pace that feels right for them. In our work together, we move step by step, practicing and exploring things together in session so clients feel more prepared and confident as they continue that work between sessions. Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, I work with clients to understand their patterns and develop ways of functioning that honor who they are, especially for those who have spent much of their lives trying to adapt to systems that were never designed for how their brains work.
