I am a 41 year old therapist that has worked with many different areas of need during my career. I specialize in addictions and trauma across the lifespan. I started working at a community mental health facility with a recent transition into private practice. I really focus on the mind and body connection that helps people recover or lessen mental health symptoms. Helping people with identifying their voice and workingbon self-empowerment is beneficial for personal growth.
