Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and owner of Embrace Your Journey LLC. I work with individuals with a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and anger management, as well as self worth. With 15 years experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families across a variety of domains, I am eager to assist individuals in living a meaningful life. What is most important to me is building rapport, so I create a warm and inviting atmosphere to help clients feel comfortable. I believe therapy is a collaborate effort that requires attention to goals outside of sessions. I will listen, encourage, and at times challenge clients to empower them to believe in their abilities to reach their treatment goals.
