Taking the first step toward a better life can be a daunting task. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that fosters positive communication and understanding, where individuals, couples and families can work though difficult issues and develop healthy, productive coping strategies. I employ techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy to support your work though many challenges life may bring. My office is a safe space for all individuals to work on enhancing their wellness, including those who identify as LGBTQAI.
