Clients come to me when they’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or carrying more than they’ve ever said out loud. They may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, identity questions, or major life transitions. Many want a space to breathe, tell the truth of their experiences, and reconnect with themselves. My ideal client is seeking clarity, healing, and a grounded, culturally authentic space to grow, reflect, and move toward healthier, more empowered living. I offer trauma-informed, culturally grounded therapy using CBT, TF-CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, narrative work, and family systems. I support teens, adults, and elders through crisis, transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach centers truth telling, insight, resilience, and practical tools for long-term well-being.
