I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am currently working with adults and teenagers individually, as couples, in families, and in groups. My emphasis is in treating the whole person and in developing a plan based on proven treatment strategies. I have training in numerous treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, family systems therapy, behavioral therapy, gestalt, therapy, psycho-educational approaches, and group therapy. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief & loss, relationship issues, and employment concerns.
