Many people move through periods of emotional pain, trauma, or imbalance, and when you’re in the middle of it, it can feel incredibly isolating. In those moments, having someone who truly listens and understands can make all the difference. I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space where they can show up exactly as they are and feel supported through their most vulnerable experiences. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, including those healing from trauma, people navigating major life transitions, and members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking affirming, knowledgeable care. I frequently use EMDR to help clients process painful memories, reduce emotional distress, and reconnect with a sense of safety in their bodies and lives.
