I am here to help you identify and achieve your best self. I am a firm believer of “where there is a will, there is a way.” If you are reading this, you have already identified with your will and made the first, most difficult step, towards change. Which is, acknowledging that a change needs to be made. As a cancer survivor, I hold a passion for working with individuals navigating an illness, as well as their caregivers. As a former athlete, I also have a special interest in working with athletes. Some of my previous experience also includes helping navigate grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma disorders.
