Starting that healing journey can be incredibly daunting, but it is worth it. I know you might not know where to start and there is nothing wrong with that. I'm here to help guide and support you through this journey. To assist clients in developing skills for: Healthy Relationships and Boundaries, Positive Communication, Managing emotions, Increasing Self-Esteem & Self-Awareness, Maintaining or Creating Healthy Goals and Developing Coping Skills. Currently only provide Telehealth/Online services at the moment. Have no in-person availability.
