Welcome—I'm truly glad you're here. I’m passionate about supporting individuals ages 12 and up who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundary-setting, and the fear of vulnerability. Often, these individuals struggle to prioritize themselves, resulting anxiety, depression and burn out. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a bit of humor when it feels right. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, build healthier boundaries, and deepen your self-understanding—so you can begin living in a way that feels more grounded, empowered, and authentically you.
