Life can prove to be extremely difficult at times. However, it is these difficulties that can become incredible catalysts for deep healing and lasting change. I work with clients from an integrative & faith based approaches. This means that I intertwine a variety of modalities based on specific needs of a client with regards to the breadth of their life experience (i.e. mental, physical, cultural, faith). Through gentle guidance, dedicated presence, and thoughtful inquiry, I combine EMDR, expressive arts therapy and attachment based therapy to assist clients in integrating and transmuting unresolved experiences. For those so inclined, I also offer faith-based therapy which can be prove to be quite powerful in our work together.
