Hi my name is Victoria; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in the state of New York. I believe that therapy is about self-exploration; connection; and positive growth. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel validated; truly listened to; supported; and comfortable being vulnerable as you learn valuable skills to improve your mental health and quality of life. Some topics we may discuss during therapy include self-esteem issues; relationship conflicts; past trauma; and any adverse life circumstances or stressors.
