Being in a relationship, the ending of a relationship, being a parent, or retiring. These are all significant life transitions that may cause anxiety, depression, feelings of emptiness and/or loneliness. There is no right or wrong answer. However, there is what is right for you. Together, we will explore what is working in your life and what you would like to be different. We will discover together what may be keeping you stuck and preventing you from being your best self. I do not shy away from the hard questions, but always do so in a thoughtful way. It is through self-exploration that real change happens.
