My clinical experience spans across diverse populations, including underserved children, adolescents, adjudicated and transitional-age youth, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions. I also have experience in supporting individuals who have been impacted by trauma, abuse, and neglect. As a woman of Portuguese descent, I am dedicated to serving my home community and immigrant populations, providing culturally responsive care and advocating for mental health awareness in marginalized groups.
