My clients often come to therapy knowing they want change but not sure where to begin, and that’s where we start, together. With advanced training in EMDR, perinatal mental health (PMH-C), and CBT, I help women feel more like themselves again—calm, capable, and connected. I’m a certified EMDR therapist with additional certifications in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and CBT. I help women heal from trauma, anxiety, and identity shifts through evidence-based, compassionate therapy. I also offer EMDR intensives for those wanting focused, accelerated support.
