I am passionate about supporting people of all ages as they navigate trauma, PTSD, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. Experiences that overwhelm the nervous system—whether sudden events or long-term relational wounds—can make it hard to feel grounded, hopeful, or connected. You don’t have to face that alone. I believe that even when pain feels all-consuming, your capacity for healing, joy, and inner strength remains intact.
