I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and achieve mental wellness. I believe in the importance of a non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to identify and address struggles, helping clients understand where they feel stuck. Utilizing Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Internal Family System (IFS) and EMDR, I tailor the therapeutic process to each client's unique needs.
