In my very first counseling session, I sat on the other side of the room—as the client. That experience showed me just how life-changing therapy can be. I grew to love the process of exploring emotions and discovering the deep connections between mind and body. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients feel seen and supported. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach, using my extensive knowledge and skills to guide our journey together. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating stress, sadness, big life changes, and past experiences that still feel heavy. My counseling style blends proven approaches like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT, offering practical tools for daily challenges as well as deeper methods to address the root of of your struggle. I work with people from all backgrounds and aim to create a space where everyone feels welcome. For those who wish, I also provide Christian faith-based counseling.
