Hey, I’m Tori! I’m a Louisiana transplant (Who Dat!) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor in Alabama and Louisiana. I help adults heal from burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, especially caregivers, healthcare professionals, and high-achieving individuals who have learned to stay strong for everyone else while feeling disconnected from themselves.
