Navigating adversity while maintaining self-compassion can be difficult. I strive to provide person centered care to individuals, families and couples. My approach to therapy is individualized, with consideration of the uniqueness of each client's preferences and needs. I utilize trauma informed care with traditional therapeutic methods such as DBT, CBT, and EFT. I am also trained in EMDR. I received my BA from Louisiana State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans..
