I am dedicated to working with my clients on their personal journeys. I specialize in grief stemming from any kind of loss - death, divorce, deportation, or anything else that impacts your life. I recognize that therapy can be a very isolating experience for many, and I will work with you to make you feel seen and heard. Together, we will work to create a path towards healing based off of your own personal goals. I will use an individualized grief-informed approach using a variety of methods that will best fit your own needs, such as using elements from CBT, emotional processing and more.
